XZTM Microfluidic Dialysis Protein Crystallization Plates
The XZ™ plate is a dialysis-based microfluidic protein crystallization device that uses patent-pending microfluidic technology to reduce the consumption of precious protein samples by more than 5000 times the volumes of current commercially available dialysis protein crystallization devices.
1×96 XZ™ Screening Plate (product #XZ196_0240_8k): a microfluidic dialysis plate that can perform a protein crystallization screen for one protein against 96 reagents. The diameter of the dialysis chamber is 240mm for a total volume per reaction of 20nL (the combined volume of the dialysis chamber and reservoir I). 4mL of protein solution is needed for sample loading. The molecular weight cutoff for the dialysis membrane is 8,000 (MWCO 8,000).

1×24 XZ™ Optimization and Growth Plate (product #XZ124_1000_8k): a microfluidic dialysis plate that can perform a protein crystallization optimization or growth experiment for one protein against 24 reagents. The diameter of the dialysis chamber is 1.0mm for a total volume per reaction of 520nL (the combined volume of the dialysis chamber and reservoir I). 14mL of protein solution is needed for sample loading. The molecular weight cutoff for the dialysis membrane is 8,000 (MWCO 8,000).
